The Race Is Upon Us

Only 10 (or 11 for the adult races) more sleeps to the 2009 Cornwall Hospital Triathlon.  Registration has been exceeding expectations with record crowds expected both days and at least double the competitors on Sunday August 23rd for the Adult events.   Look at the great (really) long term forecast.
