The current reduced rates for the Cornwall Hospital
Triathlon end July 1st. Our fee structure this
year is one of the most economical around and is a
huge value considering the various offerings onsite.
Once again, 2010 will have technical run shirts for
the first 500 registrants for both days.

someone in your area, email the

information can be exchanged to car pool to the
event. The Google Participation Map can be viewed on
the Enter Now! registration page.
The interesting thing in the participant map is that
80% of the participants in Ottawa live in the East
Half of the city and 90% of the participants in
Cornwall live in the East Half of the city.

Kid's
Day Information
The kid's day is returning to the Aquatic Centre
on the shore of the St. Lawrence River. The
site was very popular in 2009. The swim is
located indoors in the Cornwall Aquatic Centre.

both the bike and run courses for the kids
triathlon/duathlon. The distances for each age group
above 6&Under have changed as well.

Slight changes to the Saturday timeline to
relieve the number of athletes on the course at any
one time.
- Registration opens at 7:00am and closes at
8:00am
- 12&13 start at 8:00am
- 10&11 start at 9:00am
- 7-9 start at 9:45am
- 6 & Under start at 10:15am
- Awards will be presented at 10:30am
- Refreshments are available to participants
after they have completed their event.

Adult
Day Information
The adult event will return to Ecole L'Heritage
for 2010. The site was a huge success and with
some minor tweaks will be even better in 2010. Due
to the potential increase in numbers for the event
in 2010, the Cornwall Hospital Triathlon may have to
close registration to certain events before race day
after capacity has been filled.

available to the top finishers in each event.
Top 3 in each age group will be called to receive a placement indicator add-on for the
back of their medal. All finishers get a medal. Top finishing prizes are:

Xterra Wetsuits has provided the Cornwall
Triathlon with vouchers for two sleeveless wetsuits.
Register before July 1st for your name to be entered
into the draw for the first wetsuit. A second draw will be done for
all pre-registered entrants the week before the
race for the second wetsuit. Register before
July 1st and you end up with two chances at winning
a wetsuit. The lucky
winners will be notified before the triathlon with
instructions to pick up their voucher at the event.

The Cornwall Hospital Triathlon will allow race
transfers between individuals for a fee of $10.
The latest date for a race transfer is Tuesday August
17th. Race transfers can be done within the
same race only. Email the
racedirector@cornwalltriathlon.com for more
information.
